Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd began her journey into combat sports around the age of 14. Aspen Laddd started training in kickboxing, BJJ and wrestling and boxing before her debut as an amateur at WCFC in the age group of 18. Ladd then went on to win three fights in a row at Ultimate Reno Combat. All of her opponents ended in less than a minutes. After that Ladd went on to WCFC to win again, beating Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen defeated Silvia Babaeghian and Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo at WCFC 9. Cynthia defeated Aspen and defeated her via an unanimous vote to remove the blemish on Aspen's amateur record. Ladd returned from her defeat with a win over Roma Pawelek in Tuff-N'-Uff, making her record 8-1. Aspen began her professional career in 2015. She joined Invicta FC and made her debut. Invicta 11 saw her slay Ana Carolina Vidal to score an KO early in the round. Invicta Fc 16 represented her first fight with a bantamweight. She beat Amanda Cooper with an armbar submission in the 2nd round. Aspen's superior wrestling skill was able to take down McGill in the first round, and she was able finish her in the third round through TKO (elbows and punches). She next fought Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18 at catchweight(138.1lb) in which Ladd did not reach her weight, but Aspen took on Hoy before putting her down at the end of round two via TKO. Invicta FC 21, she took her victory in the final bout of the promotion by unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd's UFC debut came during UFC Fight Night 118 where she took on Lina Lansberg. She defeated Lina through a pound and pound victory in the second round. She remained dominant and scored an even impressive victory in her subsequent fight against Tonya Evinger, who was fighting at UFC 229. Ladd defeated Evinger within the first minute and earned a reward for her performance during the evening. Sijara Eubanks from Invicta FC was her opponent for another rematch in UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against Lee. It was the fighter's first big fight. Both fighters fought unbeatable fight that Ladd took victory by a unanimous vote. Both fighters earned their Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie beat Ladd in less than 16 seconds to end her win streak. After a short break, she returned to finish Yana Kunizkaya during the UFC's ESPN 7 third-round fight. In her most recent fight with the UFC she fought Norma Dumont at UFC Fight Night 195 as a replacement fight. The decision was made unanimously in her favor.
